Notification types
Every notification appears in the Notifications panel (the bell in the sidebar).
What to do about each one:
- Agent deactivated unexpectedly: check the reason shown, for example no contacts left to call.
- Activation or deactivation failed: fix the error shown, then try again.
- No or low pending contacts: upload more contacts so calling doesn’t stop. See Uploading contacts.
- Missing variables: add the missing columns to your contacts, or mark the variables as not required. See Variables.
- Forwarded call unanswered: check that the transfer destination is staffed. See Call transfers.
- Phone number flagged as spam: replace or rest the number. See Phone numbers and caller ID.
- WhatsApp template approved: the template is ready to use. See WhatsApp.
Agents were called campaigns in earlier versions of Callers, so some notification text still says “Campaign”.
