The Callers app on Zapier connects your agents to apps that aren’t in the App Center, and to multi-step automations you already run in Zapier. Use it to send call results to any tool when a call ends, or to add contacts to an agent from a form, CRM, or spreadsheet.

Callers on Zapier

Browse ready-made templates and start a Zap.
The Zapier app was built before Agents were renamed. In Zapier, triggers and actions say Campaign, which means the same thing as an agent in Callers. The campaign ID is the agent ID.

Before you start

  • A Zapier account.
  • A Callers API key. Zapier asks for it when you connect your Callers account.
  • The ID of the agent you want to use. Open the agent in the dashboard and copy the ID from the URL.

Connect Callers to Zapier

Create a Zap

In Zapier, click Create Zap.

Choose the Callers app

For the trigger or an action step, search for Callers and select the event, for example Call Ended.

Sign in with your API key

When Zapier asks you to connect an account, paste your Callers API key. Use a key from the account (or subaccount) that owns the agent.

Configure and test

Select the agent, map the fields, and click Test so Zapier fetches sample data from Callers.

Publish the Zap

Name the Zap and turn it on.

Example workflows

  1. Trigger: Callers → Call Ended, filtered to one agent.
  2. Filter: continue only when the outcome is “Interested”.
  3. Action: Slack → Send Channel Message with the contact name, summary, and recording link.
Phone numbers must be in E.164 format. Use Zapier’s Formatter step to normalize numbers before Add Contact to Campaign.

Zapier or the App Center?

For a raw HTTP callback with the full call payload, use webhooks instead.

Troubleshooting

The API key belongs to a different account or subaccount. Create a key in the account that owns the agent and reconnect.
The trigger fires after post-call analysis finishes, not at hang-up. Wait a minute after a test call, then retest. Make sure the Zap is on.
Check that the phone number is in E.164 format and that all required variables are mapped.
