- In the Zap editor, choose a Trigger (e.g., “Call Ended” from Callers).
3
Connect Your Callers Account
- Search for Callers in the trigger step.
- Follow the prompts to authorize Zapier to access your Callers account (you may need your Callers API key).
4
Configure the Trigger
- Select the specific event (e.g., “Call Ended”).
- Test the trigger to ensure Zapier can retrieve data from Callers.
5
Set Up the Action(s)
- Choose an Action app (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.) or pick one of the Callers actions listed above if you want a Callers-to-Callers workflow.
- Define the action event (e.g., “Add Contact to Campaign”).
- Map the data from the trigger to the required fields in the action step.
- Test the action to ensure everything is working correctly.
6
Turn On Your Zap
