Available Actions and Triggers


Triggers when the call is finished and analyzed.
For example:
  • You can send a follow-up email after the call ends.
  • Automatically log the call details in your CRM.
Retrieves all contacts from a specific campaign ID.
For example: Sync your Callers campaign contacts to a spreadsheet or CRM for further analysis or reporting.
Retrieves call webhook payload by campaign ID and call ID.
For example: Look up detailed call information for a specific contact to analyze call history or update other systems.
Add a contact to a Callers campaign with the data received.
For example: automatically add a new lead from your CRM or web form to a specific Callers campaign.
Deletes a contact from a Callers campaign using the contact’s phone number.
For example: Remove a specific contact who has unsubscribed or is no longer relevant to the campaign.
Archives all contacts associated with a given campaign ID.
For example: Clean up or reset a campaign by removing all existing contacts in one go.

How to Use Callers with Zapier

Create a Zapier Account (if you haven’t already)

  • Sign up or log in at Zapier.

Start a New Zap

  • From your Zapier dashboard, click Create Zap.
  • In the Zap editor, choose a Trigger (e.g., “Call Ended” from Callers).

Connect Your Callers Account

  • Search for Callers in the trigger step.
  • Follow the prompts to authorize Zapier to access your Callers account (you may need your Callers API key).

Configure the Trigger

  • Select the specific event (e.g., “Call Ended”).
  • Test the trigger to ensure Zapier can retrieve data from Callers.

Set Up the Action(s)

  • Choose an Action app (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.) or pick one of the Callers actions listed above if you want a Callers-to-Callers workflow.
  • Define the action event (e.g., “Add Contact to Campaign”).
  • Map the data from the trigger to the required fields in the action step.
  • Test the action to ensure everything is working correctly.

Turn On Your Zap

  • Name your Zap and turn it on.
  • Zapier will now automatically run this workflow whenever the trigger event occurs in Callers.
