Before you start
- A Plivo account with SIP trunking (Zentrunk) enabled.
- One or more Plivo numbers with voice enabled.
Step 1: Configure Plivo
1
Create an outbound trunk
In the Plivo Console, go to Zentrunk → Outbound Trunks and create a trunk. Attach a credentials list with a username and password, and note the trunk’s termination SIP domain.

3
Assign numbers
In Phone Numbers, assign each number to the inbound trunk so its calls are sent to Callers.
Step 2: Add the SIP connection in Callers
Go to App Center → SIP Integration → + and fill in:
Add an Outgoing gateway with URL set to the termination SIP domain, port 5060, protocol UDP.
For inbound calls, add Incoming gateways for the IP addresses Plivo sends SIP traffic from. Plivo lists them in its Zentrunk documentation.
Click Next and add your Plivo numbers in E.164 format, for example
+12025550123.
Step 3: Test
- Open the SIP connection and click Test SIP to place an outbound test call. A 200 result means Plivo accepted the call.
- Assign a number to an incoming agent and call it to test inbound.
