Notifications tell you when something happens to your agents - for example when an agent starts, stops or runs out of contacts to call. ## View Notifications Click the bell next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar. A red dot on the bell means you have unread notifications. When the sidebar is collapsed or the window is narrow, choose **Notifications** in the user menu instead. Scroll down to load older ones. * Unread notifications have a red dot. Click a notification to mark it as read and open the agent it's about. * Click **Mark all as read** to clear all red dots. Everyone in the account sees the same notifications, but read status is personal. The red dot on the bell updates when you open the app or switch accounts. ## Notification Types Notifications still refer to agents as campaigns. | Notification | When you get it | | - | - | | Campaign ... was activated by ... | Someone started the agent. | | Campaign ... was deactivated by ... | Someone stopped the agent, or it stopped automatically - for example because no phone numbers are selected. | | Campaign ... activation failed / deactivation failed | Starting or stopping the agent didn't work. The notification shows the error. | | Campaign ... has no pending contacts | An outgoing agent has called every contact it can, and is marked as completed. Upload more contacts to keep it calling. | | Campaign ... has low pending contacts | Less than 20% of an outgoing agent's contacts are left to call. | | Campaign ... has missing variables | Some contacts are missing values for [variables](/documentation/build-your-agent/agent-variables) the agent needs. These contacts are skipped. | | Forwarded call was unanswered for campaign ... | A forwarded call on an incoming agent wasn't answered. | | Phone number ... used in campaign ... has been flagged as spam | A phone number the agent uses was flagged as spam. | | WhatsApp template ... has been approved | A WhatsApp message template was approved and is ready to use. | Notifications appear only in the app. They aren't sent by email, and you can't turn individual types off.
