# Zapier

> Automate your workflows by integrating Zapier with Callers. This integration lets you trigger actions and streamline processes between Callers and your favorite apps, saving time and boosting efficiency.

## How to Use Callers with Zapier

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create a Zapier Account (if you haven’t already)">
    * Sign up or log in at [Zapier](https://zapier.com).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start a New Zap">
    * From your Zapier dashboard, click **Create Zap**.
    * In the Zap editor, choose a **Trigger** (e.g., “Call Ended” from Callers).

  <Step title="Connect Your Callers Account">
    * Search for **Callers** in the trigger step.
    * Follow the prompts to authorize Zapier to access your Callers account (you may need your Callers API key).

  <Step title="Configure the Trigger">
    * Select the specific event (e.g., “Call Ended”).
    * Test the trigger to ensure Zapier can retrieve data from Callers.

  <Step title="Set Up the Action(s)">
    * Choose an **Action** app (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.) or pick one of the Callers actions listed above if you want a Callers-to-Callers workflow.
    * Define the action event (e.g., “Add Contact to Campaign”).
    * Map the data from the trigger to the required fields in the action step.
    * Test the action to ensure everything is working correctly.
